MYCON Breaks Ground on 48-Room Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital in Tucson, Arizona

QUEEN CREEK, AZ — MYCON General Contractors, Inc. (MYCON) recently broke ground on Tucson Rehabilitation Hospital, a new inpatient rehabilitation hospital located at The Bridges mixed-used development in Central Tucson, Arizona. This marks MYCON’s first ground-up construction project in the Arizona market and the company’s first project with Cross Hospitals, LLC, a partnership between Kennor Cross Hospital Investors, LLC and Nobis Hospital Investments, LLC.

“This is an exciting opportunity for MYCON as we continue our growth in the West,” said Ryan Stoll, Partner and Vice President of MYCON. “We are looking forward to working with Cross Hospitals to bring this state-of-the-art rehabilitation hospital to life for the Tucson community.”

Tucson Rehabilitation Hospital will be located off Interstate 10 in Central Tucson. The new three-story, 55,098-square-foot hospital will feature 48 modern patient rooms, two rehab therapy gyms with advanced technologies, and new equipment. The interdisciplinary team includes a specialized physical rehabilitation physician, physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and trained nurses who provide individualized rehab care for patients with a disabling injury or disease.

“Cross Hospitals is excited to provide inpatient rehab services to the community with the development of the Tucson Rehabilitation Hospital,” said Chester Crouch, Founder and CEO of Nobis Rehabilitation Partners.

Construction of Tucson Rehabilitation Hospital is estimated to be completed in June 2025.
