SH52A: HUDSON EAST RESURFACING This project consists of an HMA overlay from MP 29.9 to MP 36.3. Shoulders of varying width will be added on the west side of the project, which will require excavation and replacement of sub-standard embankment and base material. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on December 13, 2023, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at CDOT Greeley Headquarters (10601 West 10th Street, Greeley, CO, 80634). Bids will be accepted only from pre-qualified bidders who attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
