The office will provide the firm’s full suite of services for the built environment. This includes planning, community development, water and wastewater infrastructure, and transportation infrastructure projects.

Stantec has served communities in South Carolina for more than 25 years, providing engineering and design services across multiple sectors. The firm recently developed the Swamp Rabbit Trail Extension Master Plan for the City of Greenville. The plan included policy and land use recommendations, conceptual plans for key redevelopment opportunities, and creative strategies to encourage redevelopment of private property and connectivity with the multi-use trail.
