MENASHA, WI — Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI), an engineering, construction, manufacturing, and clean energy company with headquarters in Menasha, Wisconsin, was recently recognized with safety awards from the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America and Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).FTI was awarded first place in the Specialty Contractors Division (over two million hours category) by the AGC at the 2024 Construction Safety Excellence Awards (CSEA). This is the third consecutive year FTI has received this recognition. This awards program, sponsored by WTW and Starr Insurance, recognizes companies that have developed and implemented premier safety and risk control programs and showcases companies that have achieved continuous improvement and maintenance of their safety and health management systems.FTI earned a National Safety Merit Award from ABC, which was presented at the 34th Excellence in Construction Awards during the ABC Convention 2024. Contractors were judged on self-evaluation scores, lost workday case rates, total recordable incident rates, leading indicator use, process and program innovations, and interviews conducted by members of ABC’s National Health and Safety Committee. FTI is also ranked in the top 15 of ABC’s Top 250 Performers, a ranking demonstrating the positive impact of strong safety programs.
