RALEIGH, NC — Balfour Beatty announces the appointment of Jeff Sandeen to President of the company’s Carolinas operations. Sandeen will oversee operations in North and South Carolina. He will use his extensive experience in the Carolinas to drive the company’s strategic growth efforts, deliver expert services locally, and expand client partnerships across different regions.

Sandeen has been with the company for 10 years, providing strategic oversight in the Carolinas and leading teams through a portfolio of large projects throughout the area. In his most recent role as Senior Vice President, Sandeen oversaw projects including Forsyth County’s modernized courthouse, University of North Carolina - Wilmington’s Student Village in North Carolina, The Jasper and Emanuel Nine Memorial in Charleston, and the delivery of Raleigh-Durham Airport’s Runway 5L/23R Replacement construction program.
